His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III: At present, most of the Buddha Master's discourses can only be heard at authorized Temples and Dharma Centers. Sincere disciples wishing to establish Dharma Centers for this purpose should contact Ven. Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche. Ven. Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche is also able to read certain of the preliminary translations of the Buddha Master's discourses as they become available and has recorded these discourses so that they can be heard at the various dharma centers and temples affiliated with the Xuanfa Institute. Moreover, with the publishing of the book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, certain discourses and writings are now available in that book and on this web-site.
