Best translation is by the Buddha's Universal Church, 720 Washington Street, San Francisco 94108; 415-982-6116, translated by Dr. Paul F. Fung and Dr. George D. Fung. This translation is only obtainable through them. It also contains extensive footnotes and glossary with cross reference to Sanskrit and Chinese terms. Technicaly, this is not a true sutra as it was not witten by a Buddha. It should correctly be classified as a commentary.
