Dorje Chang Buddha Sutra on the Truth of Emptiness

WHEN & WHAT?
    Saturday morning, January 9, 2010 from 10:00 -11:45 am, Ven. Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche will read from a recent translation of a sutra by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III entitled "A Monk Expounds the Absolute Truth to a Layperson." This sutra was written by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III when He was only twenty years old at the request of the abbot of one of the largest and most famous temples in China, the Baoguang Si. This writing is a treatise on the truth of emptiness that provides a profound understanding of certain meditation principles and the great bliss of a Tathagata (Buddha).
