There are three types of announcements from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III: Public Announcements, Explanations, and Articles. There are also announcements from the International Buddhism Sangha Association (IBSA). None of the English translations listed here from the Office of His Holiness or from the IBSA have been reviewed or approved by the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III or the IBSA and may contain errors. Please read them in that light. The first date refers to the date the anouncement was issued. The second is the date of the most recent revision to the English translation.
